Rozsah prohlášení
This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.cz: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.
Stav souladu
We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.
Známá omezení
- Payment forms. Card, PayPal and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
- Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.cz.
- PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.
Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.
Jak hodnotíme přístupnost
This statement was last reviewed on 24. září 2026. It is based on a self-assessment:
- automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
- manual checks using the keyboard only.
We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Co děláme pro přístupnost
Konkrétně se inženýrský tým zavazuje k:
- Navigaci klávesnicí – každý interaktivní prvek je dosažitelný pomocí Tab, aktivovatelný pomocí Enter nebo Space a zavíratelný pomocí Escape. Nepoužíváme vzory pouze pro myš.
- Sémantickému HTML – orientační body (`<main>`, `<nav>`, `<footer>`), nadpisy ve správném pořadí, nativní ovládací prvky formulářů, skutečná tlačítka. Čtečky obrazovky by nikdy neměly potřebovat ARIA, aby porozuměly stránce, kterou by mohly pochopit již ze samotného kódu.
- Viditelnému fokusu – každý interaktivní prvek zobrazuje při fokusu klávesnicí vždy fokusový kroužek s kontrastem alespoň 3:1 vůči pozadí.
- Barevnému kontrastu – text těla 4,5:1, velký text a ikony 3:1, a to ve světlém i tmavém režimu.
- Měnitelné velikosti textu – stránky zůstávají použitelné až do 200% přiblížení v libovolném prohlížeči; žádné pevné šířky obsahu v pixelech neblokují přetékání.
- Omezenému pohybu – animace respektují `prefers-reduced-motion` a nikdy automaticky nepřehrávají video se zvukem.
Klávesové zkratky
Standardní zkratky prohlížeče fungují všude. Web přidává dvě vlastní:
- / – otevře vyhledávací panel z libovolné stránky.
- Escape – zavře jakýkoli dialog, panel nebo nabídku.
Záměrně udržujeme seznam zkratek velmi krátký, aby nekolidoval s klávesovými vazbami asistenčních technologií.
Prohlížeče a asistenční technologie
Testujeme na posledních dvou verzích Chrome, Edge, Firefox a Safari na počítači a Safari a Chrome na iOS a Android. Chování čteček obrazovky testujeme s NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS a iOS) a TalkBack + Chrome na Androidu.
Netestujeme proti Internet Exploreru 11; ten již není společností Microsoft podporován a my jej neblokujeme, ale nemůžeme zde zaručit přístupnost.
